Upgrading TICS binaries

To upgrade the TICS binaries, follow these steps:

1. Open the TIOBE download site and log in using the credentials provided to you by TIOBE.

2. Find the 'TICS binaries' section and download the appropriate the zip file for the appropriate version.

   The downloaded file should have a version number in it. If it does not, please rename the file so that it uniquely identifies the artifact in your environment, e.g. by including the version and the platform.

3. In the viewer, log in, and navigate to the Analyzer Configuration page. You need to have the appropriate permissions to do this.

4. Click on the folder bin in the file tree.

5. Click on 'Upload File' and select the downloaded zip.

6. Navigate to the config.yaml file (for the appropriate configuration, if there are multiple).

7. Update the property version => ticsbin => artifact to point to the uploaded zip file.

8. The TICS binaries will update themselves the next time they are executed.
