Schedule TICS server run on Windows

When it is the intention to run the TICS server automatically on scheduled intervals, the windows Scheduled Tasks manager can be used to trigger the TICS server runs.

The Scheduled Tasks manager can be found in System Tools.

The TICS application to run is TICSQServer.exe.

By default all logging output and error output related to the run is printed to standard output. This output can be useful in case something goes wrong. It is possible, and preferred, to configure in the SERVER.txt the LOGDIR property. If configured all output is stored in files in the specified folder.

'SCHEDULE' => {
'LOGDIR' => 'C:/Program Files/TIOBE/TICS/log',
}

Below an example of a typical configuration.
